(This residence was sold it was sold for $1.5M to a well known San Diego and National business icon in one day).

El Cajon, CA – Granite Hills – M. Whitson residence, complete home remodel and addition. Project included, but was not limited to, Oak kitchen & bath cabinets, Corian countertops, custom floor tile and carpeting, painting, Heating and Air conditioning, new roof, exterior stucco and color coating for the entire residence. Upon completion of the house we returned for a complete exterior landscape project, which included a new patio cover, Timber tech decking, custom stamped concrete pool decking and a custom waterfall. This client decided to relocate and placed their home on the market. (The house sold two weeks from the first listing for top dollar [May of 2006]).
